Mountain bike rhino race launches 2013 routes
The Resolution Health Medical Scheme (Resolution Health) and Zurreal Ride the Rhino and Race the Rhino mountain bike races recently announced its respective 2013 routes and opened entries to this year’s events.
The events, taking place in the Western Cape (Ride the Rhino) and Magaliesburg / Hartbeespoort (Race the Rhino) areas in September is aimed at raising much needed funds to answer the plight of the rhino and curb the disappearance of the endangered Renosterveld region in the Western Cape. Each participant will be racing in honour of the 668 rhinos that were poached in 2012.
