Go George heavily impacted by recent unrest

The GO GEORGE bus service has been severely compromised for almost a week, between 15 and 20 May 2019. This was due to intimidation of GO GEORGE staff and passengers, safety threats, and included blockading of the buses from entering the Transport Hub by some members of the taxi industry in George.

Charity fishing competition planned for Youth Month

[Mossel Bay, South Africa, 21 May 2019] A charity fishing competition, planned by Transnet National Ports Authority’s (TNPA) Port of Mossel Bay in honour of Youth Month, is set to take place on 29 June 2019 with the aim of raising funds towards the purchase of sanitary pads to help underprivileged girls stay in school.
