A Rheenendal community leader said several relatives of the victims of the August bus crash want someone to be held accountable.
Many families are considering suing both the Western Cape Transport Department, Education Department, Eden district municipality and the bus company African Express.
14 pupils and the driver died after the bus they were travelling in veered off the road and into a river.
Rheenendal community leader Gregory Pompi said the families are seeking legal advice.
“The families said someone must be held responsible and are getting legal advice as they continue searching for answers.”
