SWD Cricket Board fixtures for the weekend

The quarter final rounds of the SWD Cricket Board Twenty20 knock-out competition will be contested on Saturday. With the exception ofSussex, all eight Premier league teams will be in action. The two most interesting matches will be the two between Union Stars and Ramblers (to be played at Bridgton) andMosselBayand Pirates (to be played at the Van Riebeeck Stadium). 

Besides a number of matches in the Promotion-, Reserve and Women’s league Union Stars will also host newly promoted Harlequins in a premier league fixture on Sunday. NMMU, who has premier league admirations will be under pressure when they travel to Ladismith for a promotion league match. The George students are still seeking their first success for the new season.
