On behalf of the Beaufort West English Class Committee, hosts of the “Karoo Outdoor Festival” being held this year on2nd June 2012.
We are appealing to your “generosity” and “fun loving” spirit to support us again this year enjoying the Veldt shooting, Motor-cross adventure ride [20km & 50km], Clay pigeon shooting, .22 shoot for kids & a unique Game Auction, impressive stalls, music and ‘lekker kos’ all day & into the evening.
This festival has grown from strength to strength these last 2 years, thanks to you, with interest from as far asCape Town.
Ever since hosting the first Festival in 2010 the English Class Committee have constantly been working at bringing other institutions on board for the benefit of schools needs. This year we have joined hands with the Senior & Junior Schools to assist them in funding projects for the schools.
With support from donors like yourselves, we can achieve all our aims for the sake of not only ensuring education in English for our learners, but also for the provision and/ or upgrading of necessary facilities in the schools which are not provided for in the budget of the Education Department.
We are all committed to this already successfully proven event and with your support we can ensure that it becomes an annual event, supported from around the country.
We invite you to COME & JOIN us, with a financial donation or products of any kind, which can be used or auctioned on this day.
Mrs. Tiny Middleton will contact you early in May to follow up on how you would consider working together with us, & therefore making a huge difference in the Education to our town’s children.
