Chicken Coriander and Cashew nut curry
If you do nothing else this weekend try this curry, it is fantastic.
Caroline tried these and they came out Dr Seuss Green but just make sure the water is squeezed from the spinach before you add it or make the kids day with green muffins.
Home food at it’s best!!
