The Strawberry Festival is one of the most popular family events of the year attracting both locals and visitors who come to experience a day out in the fresh air in a safe, farm environment. There are a wide variety of stallholders exhibiting good food, local wines and cheeses, fresh veggies, herbs and arts and crafts. Entertainment includes the beer tent, miniature train, Bubble Ball, a trail run, pony rides, strawberry picking, strawberry eating competitions, zorbing, paint ball target shooting and jumping castles. Plenty of entertainment to keep both young and old busy – two full days of family fun!
The dates are the 22nd and 23rd of September (Sat & Sun). We are open from 9am – 5pm on the Saturday and from 10am – 4pm on the Sunday. Entrance is R15 per adult and R5 per child under 12.
