Two international cricket umpires from Cricket South Africa, Karl Hurter and Johan Cloete, will present an umpires course for the South Western Districts Cricket Board on 15/16 and 29/30 September 2012. The course, aimed at newly recruited as well as existing umpires will be presented at the SWD Cricket Offices in Oudtshoorn.
