Our local NSRI rescue swimmer was tonight on SABC3 confirmed as one of the top 4 in the Centrum Guardian Competition. Only by voting can we get Torsten and his crew the coveted Centrum Guardian Trophy to bring home and a much needed first prize of 55k for their Rescue Station. Torsten saved young school boy Ruan in January this year from a rip current off Swartvlei Beach.
