Democratic Alliance youth leader Mbali Ntuli urged voters not to vote for small parties as they will not make a difference in government.

Ntuli made the comments in the Western Cape town of Knysna where she was campaigning for the party ahead of next year’s general elections.

“When you make your choice to vote next year, choose wisely and choose carefully. Don’t vote for one of the small parties,” she was quoted as saying in an eNCA report.

“Parties can only make a difference in your life if they get into government. The only parties than can get into government are the ANC or the DA.”

The DA youth leader also urged the youth to register and vote as they “can put the country on the right track.”
