Athletics South Africa recently announced that Athletics SWD will host the SA Cross Country Championships that will be held on 13 September 2014 in George.
Athletes needs to compete in 4 of the 7 leagues and participate at the ASWD Cross Country Championships (16 August 2014) to be selected for our final team to participate at the National Championships in George on September 2014. Our league dates are:
- 31 May – Mossel Bay (Trial 1)
- 7 June – Beaufort West (Trial 2)
- 14 June – Mossel Bay (Trial 3)
- 21 June – Oudtshoorn (Trial 4)
- 7 July – Knysna (Trial 5)
- 26 July – George (Trial 6)
- 2 August – George (Trial 7)
