Award-winning South African pop and opera vocal quartet Romanz have launched their new music video exclusively on the MyEdit app this week.
The new single, “In die Hemel”, from the group’s Lig Jou Stem Op album can be viewed only on Media24’s new content-aggregation app from November 25 until December 2.
This brand-new music video from the highly successful bilingual boy band will be available on a dedicated Romanz content feed.
MyEdit tailors content from SA’s top publications including magazines, newspapers, websites and bloggers to match readers’ preferences and provide them with only the content that interests them.
“This is the first exclusive release of its kind on the MyEdit platform and paves the way for many more premium offerings in this vein in the future,” says Willem Breytenbach, General Manager of Media24 Magazines: Digital.
“MyEdit is extremely proud to have the new Romanz music video available on our platform – and nowhere else – for an entire week,” says Breytenbach.
“This partnership shows that any of your interests can be found on MyEdit and we are looking forward to acquiring more exclusive content in the future.”
General Manager of Select Musiek Ernst Kleinhans says it is a privilege to launch Romanz’s new album with the help of MyEdit.
“This is exciting, proudly South African technology.”
MyEdit was released at the beginning of November and is changing the way in which people consume their favourite content. It is available as a free download for iPhone and iPad or Android devices (including Samsung’s range of smartphones and tablets).
Romanz were catapulted to success after a live performance in 2008 and since then their albums have reached gold, platinum and double platinum status.
The group have won every prestigious music award on offer, including Best Newcomers, Best Video, Best Song, and Best Group at the South African Music Awards.
