DON’T JUST THINK GREEN, LIVE IT:
We are excited to announce that Reliance compost (www.reliance.co.za) and Greenpop (www.greenpop.org) have once again come on board as greening partners for Up the Creek 2014, in collaboration with Bontebok Recycling. These two partners are enthusiastic to be involved again and hope to promote recycling, responsibility, respect for the area as well as lots of green fun!
Reliance and Greenpop will set up their pallet parklet with a cool photo booth for people to make green pledges and get creative. There will also be a carbon footprint calculator app for party goers to work out their footprint and get some green tips. And be sure to check out and chill out at the Reliance lounge at the riverside.
And to top it off, on Saturday morning Greenpop will host a Talent Show at the Greenpop parklet. Anyone can sign up on Thursday/Friday to showcase their hidden talents. Don’t miss this one!
