The Sedgars SWD league competition is nearing the play-off phases and a few key games will take place this weekend. Mayflower, who is currently bottom of the log will host Union Stars whilst Sussex who is taking on Mossel Bay at D’Almeida will be pressed for a much needed victory. The log leaders, Pacaltsdorp United will have two vital matches this weekend. On Saturday they will travel to Oudtshoorn where they will take on Harlequins Forces and on Sunday they will host the defending champions, Union Stars at Pacaltsdorp.
The Women’s league final will take place on Saturday where the defending champions Oudtshoorn will be the favourites to make it four in a row when they take on Hessequa at the REC Ground in Oudtshoorn.
