(Cape Town, May 2014) The Cape Royale Luxury Hotel & Spa will be hosting a four course Food and Wine Pairing Evening with Constantia Glen at Bistro 1800 on Friday, 30 May 2014. The boutique wine estate will be showing off their range of boutique wines paired with a host of succulent signature dishes from Bistro 1800. This event is the second of a series of six Food and Wine Pairing Evenings and is set to run through the coming autumn and winter months.
