Family owned and run Durbanville valley wine farm, Nitida, is constantly innovating with upbeat ideas to challenge the time-old cheese and wine pairings. Following the highly successful bake and wine pairing festival, Cellarbake@Nitida, owner Peta Veller has conceptualized an all-new pairing sensation combining the fabulous “By Nature” fruits and nuts with a variety of Nitida wines.

Club SelectRieslingThe pairings are set to run throughout the day (from 9:30am – 5pm on weekdays, Saturdays from 11am – 4pm and 11am – 3pm on Sundays), from Nitida’s Cellar-door tasting room. Combinations to look forward to include some of the following: Raw Cashews and Calligraphy, Brinjal Biltong and Shiraz, Dehydrated Pineapple and Riesling, Dried Tomato with Cabernet and Dried Fig with Semillon.

Just like Nitida, By Nature is a small family owned business where products are made by hand with dedication and love and  uncompromising quality. By Nature offers an extensive range of premium quality natural and organic products –  a variety of organic raw nuts and preservative-free dried fruit sourced from ethical producers with preference to local and organic produce.

The pairings will change every few weeks to ensure the concept is kept fresh and exciting and are priced at R50.00 per four portions.
