Known for bespoke wine tasting in a magnificent setting visitors are invited to make the most of their experience sampling a delicious Tapas inspired meal at the Antipasto bar. Or even better enjoy an al fresco dining experience in the beautifully landscaped garden under the shade of the olive trees in front of the tasting room. Perfect for a quick lunch while lingering over a flight of wines or one perfect glass of wine.
The seasonally inspired menu includes a selection of authentic and traditional antipasti plates. The recently launched summer menu includes an Artichoke, Asparagus and Tomato Salad, Iceberg Wedges with Pancetta and Gorgonzola or a beautifully prepared Beef Fillet Carpaccio. Those preferring hot antipasti can tuck into delicious Zucchini fries, Beef Milanese or Grilled Lamb Chops. Included on the menu is a mouth watering Porcini Arancini, which consists of Risotto Balls, stuffed with Bocconcini and Porcini, served on Truffle Aioli. If sharing is what you’d prefer choose from a sumptuous Vegetarian, Cheese or Charcuterie platter.
The food experience is authentic, delicious and vibrant. With antipasti being the main focus, ingredients are carefully sourced from local artisanal producers or organically grown on the estate. In addition to fresh produce, top quality extra virgin olive oil, honey, fresh herbs, cured marinated olives, artisanal bread and Verjuice are all produced in house, and available for sale from the Tasting Room’s farm shop.
