SWD dismissed North West for a paltry 63 in their CSA Provincial 50 overs match in Potchefstroom on Sunday and then rattled off the target in under 10 overs.
SWD won the toss and put the home side in to bat. The opening bowlers, Gurshwin Rabie and Lonwabo Rodolo tore through the top and middle order, reducing North West to 22/7 after 14.1 overs.
Senokwane and Diseko put up some resistance with a partnership of 32, but once they departed SWD rolled over the tail with little difficulty.
Rabie finished with figures of 4/19 in 10 overs and Rodolo with figures of 3/10 in 9.4 overs.
Luyanda Mnyanda and Neil Hornbuckle wasted little time chasing down the North West total putting on 47 for the first wicket in 7.5 overs. Both openers were dismissed within sight of the total leaving Ross McMillan [13*] and Christiaan Jonker [0*] with the simple task of taking the visitors home.
