Executive Chef Stephen Fraser has worked his magic and created a menu guaranteed to satisfy even the fussiest eater. Starters consist of a choice of Honeyed Peach, Parma Ham and Goats’ Cheese Salad; Leek and Potato Vichyssoise or a delicious Caramelized Red Onion, Pine Nut and Tomato Tartlet. Tuck into mouthwatering mains with your choice of Boland Leg of Lamb Pot Roast, Roast Farmed Seabass with a Rooibos Smoked Mussel Stuffed Vetkoek, or Orange and Brown Sugar Glazed Gammon.

Be sure to keep space for the Dessert Buffet and Sweet Station. Not to let too much of the cat out of the bag, but your sweet treats include Red Velvet Inspired Macaroons, Easter Style Rocky Road Cookies and decorative Donuts with a Caramelized Banana Custard filling. Yum!

A feast for young and old, this is the perfect excuse to escape to the winelands for the day. Book to avoid disappointment as seating is limited. The cost for adults is R350 per person and R180 per child between the ages of five and 11 years. Children four years and younger dine for free. The cost excludes beverages and service fee.
