The new PEUGEOT 208 made its debut on the world stage at the 85th Geneva International Motor Show, in its Orange Power livery.
Other colours and a world first on a production vehicle, according to Peugeot , are Ice Grey and Ice Silver.

This is topped off with an additional Lime Yellow personalisation pack which, as with the Menthol White pack shown at Geneva, can be applied separately to the exterior or to the cabin.
The new 208 which will be on sale in Europe from June, has an assertive sporty design, new technology for greater comfort and safety.
The 208 features the new PureTech and BlueHDi Euro 6 engines which are economical and powerful, Peugeot said. The Ice Grey and Ice Silver emphasise the lines of the vehicle, and unlike matt colours are lightly granular to the touch and are more hard-wearing and easier to care for than conventional matt paint.
Produced at the Poissy plant in France, has required nearly four years of development work.
The innovation is in the composition and application of the lacquer which contains fine particles of silica and micro-balloons of polyamide.
The particles of silica in the resin give the paint its matt appearance, toughness and granular properties, while polyamide micro-balloons give the paint its special texture.
The two new colours, Ice Grey is the mark of elegance and Ice Silver suggests dynamism, strength and power, according to the French manufacturer. It is available on the Peugeot 208, the GTi and the GTi Sport.
The colour range for the 208 now comprises 13 variants.
The exterior personalisation packs each consist of the “ Equaliser” grille with 3D-effect coloured markings, gloss black grille surround, gloss black front fog lamp finishers with laser-engraved coloured line and coloured front and rear Peugeot lettering, to name some.
