Chevrolet and Isuzu received high recognition in the 2015 Ipsos Quality Awards which recognizes the sales and service customers’ experience in the automotive industry.
Isuzu scooped a gold award for sales in light commercial vehicle segments (93.1% – 95.5%) and a gold award for servicing in this segment (86.5% – 91%).
Hot on its heels were Chevrolet and Opel who took silver for the passenger car sales experience and Chevrolet took the silver category for passenger car servicing.

GMSA has a comprehensive dealer network of more than 130 dealerships throughout South Africa which sell and service Chevrolet, Opel and Isuzu vehicles.
The company is focused and committed to equipping dealer front line staff as well as technicians with the necessary skills to ensure the customer receives the best service possible.
General Motors spends approximately 70 000 hours a year on dealer staff training not only to equip them with the technical skills necessary to repair and service customer vehicles, but also on improving the overall quality of the service received by customers.
