The Durban Chamber of Commerce & Industry fifth International Business Dialogue hosted by Garlicke & Bousfield

Garlicke & Bousfield hosted a tasting of Dalewood cheeses and Cape estate wines on Thursday 13th August, and DCCI members shared personal experiences and memorable features of business dealings from beyond the borders of South Africa.
Cheese samplings were personally selected by Rob Visser from the Dalewood fromagerie near Franschhoek. These award-winning cheeses are produced from milk supplied by the farm’s own Jersey cows, which are never exposed to hormones or antibiotics. The samplings were led by U.S. Consul General Frances Chisholm and by Roberto Airoldi from France.
The evening was enjoyed by all who attended, with terrific cheese and wine complementing the international experiences that were shared.
