The SWD Women’s team will face Border in a critical fixture at the REC Ground at Oudtshoorn this weekend in the Cricket South Africa Provincial Women’s Competition.
SWD, after a recent defeat against Eastern Province, will need to record a victory against the visitors from East London to have any further say in the competition.
The limited over n match will be played on Saturday and the T20 match will be played on Sunday. Both matches will start at 10:00.
The squad for the weekend is: Micaela Andrews, Mochelle May, Janet Winster, Haroline Rhodes (capt), Bianca Figeland , Bianca Mars (vice-capt), Jeneviwe Jantjies , Ziyanda Skosana , Marnazelle Rabie, Sanelisiwe Mgqobhozi, Mbali Ndukwane, Gail Abrahams, Hedwigg Pienaar, Johanna Davids, Fransisca Bantom and Anthea Vallentyn.
The team is coached by Eric Jacobs and Michelle Weyers is the team manager.
