MOOIRIVER, 1 April 2016 – Southern Cape’s Jordon Duminy hit the front on day two of the South African U-15 Challenge, but the young gun will have to hold off a hungry threesome from Ekurhuleni to claim victory at Dowrie Farm Golf Estate on Friday.

Lali Stander – Duminy cancelled a bogey start with back-to-back birdies at two and three, and reeled in further gains at seven and nine to turn three under. Bogeys and 10 and 13 saw the 13-year-old Pinnacle Point junior home in one-under-par 70.
He overtook Liam van Deventer from the Lake Club Benoni to take a one stroke lead on one under 141 after the first round pacesetter signed for an even-par 71.
Yurav Premlall boxed a birdie putt at the par four sixth to negate a bogey at the third and interrupted a run of 11 straight pars with another drop at 16.
The Glendower junior moved into third on one over with a 72, one shot ahead of Casey Jarvis. The State Mines junior registered rounds of 71 and 73 and will start the final round three off the pace.
