Cordelia and Pieter Koen collaboration

The very talented Cordelia, who made a name for herself with songs like Mal in jou kop and Eerste Woorde, recently collaborated with well-known singer and television presenter, Pieter Koen (Man van Staal and Wat die hart van vol is) and their duet single titled, SPEL VAN LIEFDE will be released to radio stations nationwide during the week of 16 May 2016.

Cordelia says: “Pieter Koen is a wonderful person with an exceptional talent. It was fantastic to work with him on this song and such an honour. I hope the public will also enjoy it!”

“SPEL VAN LIEFDE is exactly what the title says. We all play a game of love. Everybody wants to belong, feel special and be loved. My favourite songs are always about love. Love cannot be bought. Love conquers all” says Cordelia.

The song was written and composed by Vaughan and Nerine Gardiner and producer and mixed at Muse Studios by Hugo Ludik and Vaughan Gardiner.

Pieter is just as excited about the song and the collaboration with Cordelia. “It was a huge privilege to be approached by Cordelia to record this duet with her. I didn’t think about it twice. Cordelia is grounded in herself as an artist and knows exactly how she wants to reach and touch her audience’s hearts through her music.
