On Saturday, 30 July 2016 guests can indulge in a Christmas tradition unlike any other.
The menu incorporates dishes such as smoked breast of goose, rolled saddle of Fallow deer and panettone truffle torte, to name a few, and ends off with decadent petit fours. It’s Delport’s display of culinary artistry and his take on Christmas in July which will leave you feeling festive in the middle of winter.
