SOUTH AFRICA (July 2016) – The theme of the 8th annual Gourmets and Gourmands championed by Hartman’s on behalf of Carpe Diem School, African Dream, lends itself to the most flavourful cuisine being served by the contributing restaurants. The 8th annual Gourmets and Gourmands will take place on 20 August 2016 and is without a doubt the event of 2016 George social calendar not to be missed!
Ingredients for African cuisine are diverse due to the range of climates and growing conditions of the continent. The chefs from Chaine Des Rottiseurs; Die Rooi Kombuis; Fancourt; Fat Fish; Francois Ferreira Academy; Garden Route Game Lodge; Lauren’s; Meade 101; Peperboom; Pomodoro; Salinas; Sucasa; The Gannet; The Wilderness Hotel; Thousand Sensations; Transkaroo; The Views Boutique Hotel & Spa will have guests drooling at this year’s event.
