One of South Africa’s largest private security companies has paid tribute to the hard work and dedication from its staff and security personnel who helped it win big at a recent industry awards ceremony.
ADT Security’s Garden Route branch won two Diamond Awards – the highest possible accolade at the recent regional PMR Africa Awards. The awards were for the “Companies doing most to fight crime” and “Best Security Companies” categories.
The PMR awards are an indicator of a company’s core competencies, including the acknowledgement of the company’s personnel and staff, as it is well known that behind every successful company is a solid team.
Award winners not only gain recognition in the industry but enhance their credibility, which is an added incentive when it comes to clients choosing a preferred service provider. Winners are selected on points scored after independent surveys are conducted with business and corporate leaders.
“Winning is a great feeling but we wouldn’t have received this recognition if it weren’t for our team members. I am proud of the hard work and dedication of all our staff members, whether they are on the front line as armed response officers or behind the scenes as administrative or support team members. It is their focus on the best interest of our clients and the communities in which we operate, that ensured we would walk away with these awards,” says Steven Green, ADT’s Garden Route Branch Manager.
