Annually, the people of the Eden district officially unite against cancer – cancer that is being fought as we speak, cancer that has been beaten by individuals and cancer that took away the life of a friend or family member.
This unified force against cancer is known as the Cansa Relay For Life and was themed “Purple ExtravaCansa” for 2017.
The purple ExtravaCANSA is celebrated internationally and is currently in its 10th year of existence.
This year, the George leg took place on Saturday, 25 March, at the Carpe Diem School grounds and saw 104 teams participating. Team Eden was one of them.
Next year we hope to see all of you at the Cansa Relay for Life.
