The Recreation Ground in Oudtshoorn will be the venue for the WSB Cape Cobras first match in the 2017/18 edition of the Momentum One Day Cup.
The Cobras, who are currently aiming for a place in the final of the RAM Slam T20 will take on the Warriors in the first franchise limited over match at the REC Ground on Saturday 23 December 2017.
SWD recently hosted various Sunfoil Series four day matches but due to the bigger attraction of the event the main focus will be to attract a good crowd on match day.
“We realise that it is holiday season at the coast but we invite all visitors to the Southern Cape to come to the Recreation Ground and experience a different atmosphere and vibe”, said SWD Cricket CEO Albertus Kennedy.
Tickets for the match can be purchased at ticketpro.co.za, at the SWD Offices or at the ground on the match day. Scholars will pay R10 and adults R20.
