Cape Town will be rocking to the sounds of an incredible line-up of alternative bands and artists during the all-day ALTERnatives music festival at Hillcrest Quarry, Durbanville, on Sunday, 26 August 2018.
The line-up is billed as a first for Cape Town and features eleven eclectic acts from diverse musical genres such as alternative pop rock, grime, garage rock to dark folk and alternative acoustic.
Performers include LITHIUM, Polar Dust, TERMINATRYX, OHGOD, Grimehouse, Mark Haze, The Sweet Resistance, The Medicine Dolls, THE ShhArt Ensemble, Isobel and thylasine. DJs Nytrox and Myster-i will be on the decks between band sets.
Get ready for a full day of incredible music from 10h00. Food and beverage stalls will be available. DJs Nytrox and Myster-I will spin a wide variety of alternative favourites in between band sets.
