Ramblers (103/8) held their nerves to record an impressive two wicket victory in a low scoring match against Mossel Bay (102 all out) at the Van Riebeeck Stadium.
In spite of an impressive bowling performance by Sydwill Williams (6/40) for Pacaltsdorp United (133 all out) against George (199/9) they still went down by 66 runs. Franco Geldenhuys contributed 66 for George.
Pioneers (195/9) were victorious in their Bitou derby against Knysna Cavaliers (103 all out) and thanks to Claude Terblanche (6/18) and won by 79 runs to also secure a bonus point for the margin of victory.
Jean du Plessis (84) and Travis Ackerman (66) were the heroes for NMU George (249/7) when they defeated the defending champions, Union Stars (225 all out) by 24 runs. LeRoi Bredenkamp contributed 53 with the bat for Stars.
On Sunday, Western Hope (128/8) were too strong for Pioneers (127 all out) and recorded a two wicket bonus point victory.
