With the SWD league competition reaching the play-off stages another exciting weekend will be on the cards for this weekend’s action. All ten clubs will be in action on both Saturday and Sunday and teams will be keen to consolidate their log positions.
The top team upon completion of the pool stages will automatically qualify for the final that will be played at the REC Ground on Saturday 9 March 2019. The teams that finish second and third respectively will contest in a play-off match to determine the other finalist.
The teams finishing 8th, 9th and 10th together with the winner of the promotion league will all play each other in a round robin series of matches to determine the team that will stay in the premier league competition. In 2019/20 the premier league will be reduced to eight teams.
