Brian Joss – Mazda retained its position as the fourth highest ranked South African motor brand in overall dealer satisfaction. The company was awarded a third consecutive Gold for achieving a benchmark score of 82% in the Passenger and Light Commercial Vehicle Category.
Mazda SA’s NADA DSI scores increased by 2.1% from 2018 and by over 16% from when the company started operating independently in 2014.
Mazda sets the industry benchmark in many questions in the NADA DSI. This includes the highest score in critical questions such as “How satisfied are you with your Manufacturer/Importer”, “Sets the standard for excellence in its industry”, “Makes it easy for your customers to do business with you”, and “Committed to win/win solutions”. The company attributes this third consecutive gold award to its continued efforts in building strong relationships with its Dealer Partners.
“Thank you to all Mazda Dealer Partners for participating in the 2019 survey. We are honoured to have our consistent collective efforts recognized and rewarded.
Mazda Southern Africa remains committed to the fair and transparent relationship with our Dealer Business Partners and Investors,” said Daphne Greyling, Head of Sales for Mazda Southern Africa.
The event was held at sponsor, WesBank’s offices in Johannesburg, last week.
