Highly acclaimed world-class Musicians are on their way to Heidelberg, WC to participate in the Hessequa Harmony Classical Music Festival 2019.
September 2019, Hessequa Harmonie Classical Music Festival – Second time around!
The festival will commence on the 25th of September until the 28th of September 2019 and it promises to be a treasure chest of musical excellence, performed by World Class musicians to entertain lovers of classical music.
Niël Rademan, the Executive Director of the Festival is very excited to introduce the Artists and Musicians that will perform at the Festival.
These Artists and Musicians will be:
Elna van der Merwe (Piano)
Zorada Temmingh (Piano) with
Janel Speelman (Soprano) and Niël Rademan (Baritone)
Chopin, Liszt & The Sound of Music
Rademan and Lucas Heinen (Piano) with (Jacques) Brel for Breakfast
Suzanne Martens (Violin), Peter Martens (Cello) and Elna van der Merwe(Piano)-It takes three to Tango
Nic de Jager (Actor and RSG Programme Presenter),
Matimba Orchestra (Rural Arts Network) conducted by Betsie Ryke and Reagan Diedericks-“Woord en Klank”
Anmari van der Westhuizen (Cello) and Meagan-Geoffrey Prins (Piano) – Sergei Rachmaninhoff Sonata in G-minor Opus 19
The Final Evening Gala with Zorada Temmingh (Organ), Rachel Steyn (Organ) & The Young Shepherd (Brass band), Johannes Van Staden-Slabbert (Tenor) and Raimondo van Staden (Baritone)- Toccata in D-Minor (JS Bach) & Toccata of the 5th Symphony (Charles-Marie Widor) and songs from various Musicals.
