The carvery station includes tantalising options like, coriander crusted slow roast leg of lamb, roast sirloin with wholegrain mustard, and thyme jus & Yorkshire pudding.
The main station will include options like maple-orange roast chicken, white wine pesto line fish, roasted cauliflower aubergine and coconut curry fragrant rice, rosemary roast baby potatoes, and chunky vegetable stir-fry with ginger and fresh coriander. For dessert, there is an option of Santa hat cupcakes and delicious mini trifle cups.
