The senior SWD cricket team failed to capitalize on a solid albeit slow start by Jean du Plessis (48) and Richard Frenz (51) and were 113/1 after 36 overs.
Brendon Louw (37) and Jhedli van Briesies, on debut, (24) both got starts, but once they had gone SWD collapsed to 238 all out.
EP were 65 without loss at stumps.
