From a chocolate-inspired four-course menu at The Restaurant to a relaxed family picnic with fun galore for the children, there is plenty to choose from over the Easter long weekend.
For adventurous chocolate-lovers Chef Marvin Robyn has put together a 4-course “Death by chocolate” lunch menu at The Restaurant. For starters, try the carrot risotto with heritage carrots, blue cheese and white chocolate spooma; or the pan fried prawn, cauliflower mash and cocoa nibs served with white chocolate cauliflower rice.
The choice for hearty mains is between herb crushed springbok loin with Valhrona chocolate red wine jus; or cocoa rub beef fillet served with chilli chocolate sauce. For dessert, heavenly chocolate fondant with chocolate sorbet is sure to hit your sweet spot.
The “Death by chocolate” menu is available over the entire Easter Weekend at R525. To book your table, call Tel: (021) 876 8600 or email events@grandeprovence.co.za.
