Luna Paige to perform in McGregor, Barrydale and Stilbaai this coming weekend

Luna Paige is traveling to three of her favourite little towns in the Western Cape. After two lockdowns and major disruptions to any live music plans it is great to be able to schedule mini tours again.

Paige will be performing some of the new songs she wrote during both lockdowns, as well as some of her favourite original songs. The mini tour includes performances in McGregor, Barrydale and Stilbaai.

On Friday 23 April she performs at the hearty At the Courtyard in McGregor. Doors open 6.30pm. Tickets cost R80 and are available on Quicket.

On Saturday 24 April Luna heads to the Klein Karoo town Barrydale, where she will be performing at the beautiful MUD Gallery – a venue recently identified as the perfect spot for intimate jazz concerts – also bragging with its own upright piano for those with a love for the real thing. Doors open at 5pm. Tickets cost R150 and include a small snack platter. Bookings can be done by contacting Lynne at 082 869 4281.

On Sunday 25 April Luna ends off her trip at the Stables Eatery and Bar in Stilbaai. It is a laidback Sunday afternoon performance which starts at 1.30pm. Patrons are welcome to arrive any time from 12.30pm for lunch. Tickets cost R150. Bookings are essential at 066 129 1510.

This mini tour is followed by a trip to Gauteng and North-West where Luna will be performing for the first time since February 2019. She will be performing in Waverley, Potchefstroom, Midstream Estate in Centurion and Johannesburg between 6 and 9 May 2021. As this tour concludes Paige will be heading into studio where she will be recording new music for the first time since 2014. Paige plans to release various digital music series over the next year. Each series will be themed conceptually and in terms of genre. The first series, ‘Behold, my Heart’ should be released by the end of June 2021.
