Being the eldest in the family among children, he was always responsible which actually was a good example for his siblings. Being responsible, he learned to be a leader and focused since his childhood, and that was the reason just after completing his schooling he decided to extend his education and got enrolled in the esteemed University of the Witwatersrand and earned his Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters degree in Economics. During his tenure at university, he worked on his excellency and just after earning his degrees, he started working in finance and worked hard to get a big role in the banking world. His determination and skills helped him to handle big responsibilities.
Alex has a deep innate entrepreneurial spirit and this was the reason that after getting success in bankings, he decided to start a business. So he discussed the idea with his brother and they both owned a franchise of Ninos Coffee Shop. But it was not that easy to run a business, they faced multiple situations but they never tired. In fact, both brothers learned business management and customer service which helped Alex to get more success in future.
After great success in his coffee shop business, Alex decided to rejoin Banking full time as he knew that for long term success he needed to explore more. But in 2008, he received a big opportunity in the retail industry and then he made up his mind to go back to the Food Lovers Market. With his previous success in the industry he was more confident starting his own business which helped him to make a huge difference through his services that actually helped the company to grow a lot. He played a big part in making it the biggest retail store chain in South Africa and still continues.
Alekos Panayi did really amazing during his food business and put full dedication towards it which came up with the results of 4 stores under him and he started working as an Operation Manager for all four big stores. Then he got a new idea and started putting his efforts to make things run smoother and make customers happier. Now, he is working on some new ideas, and tirelessly trying to find ways to make stuff in the stores so that they can improve the process and can sell things both inside and outside the stores.
Apart from his professional success, Alex never mixes to pay attention to his family. He always remembers to prioritize his family time no matter how occupied he is with his work schedule. He is married to Natasha and they have four children. Being a health lover, he knows to maintain his work life and gym workouts. Being a football lover, he enjoys activities a lot as taking care of his body and mind is a big priority for him. He is a responsible father and caring husband.
