South Western Districts Cricket (SWDC) Non-Profit Company held it Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 9th 2024.
Two new independent directors were appointed after the tenure of Messrs Maurice Ellis (Chaiman of the Social and Ethics Board Committee) and Reginald Salmons (Chairman of the Human Resource and Remuneration Board Committee) has come to an end.
The newly appointed directors are Messrs Jason Kiewit (left – new Chairman of the Social and Ethics Board Committee) and Bevan Cassim (right – new Chairman of the Human Resource and Remuneration Board Committee. In the middle is Mr Micheal Eksteen – the President and Chairman of the Board.
