Mr Lyndon Afrika from Oudtshoorn was elected as the new chairman of the South Western Districts Cricket Scorers Association at their Annual General meeting that was held in Oudtshoorn on June 28th. He was the interim chairman since November last year following the resignation of Mr Verlon Peters.
The association also bid farewell to Mr Herculus Odendaal who served more than a decade on the executive committee.
