South Western Districts Cricket (SWDC) in preparation for the upcoming Cricket South Africa (CSA) youth national tournaments on Friday 28 November 2025, hosted a Coaches Acceleration program to prepare coaches and captains for the physiological demands of these tournaments.
Nick Venter, the dedicated phycologist facilitator of CSA presented the session.
The dates for the CSA national youth tournaments are:
- CSA Girls’ U/16 National tournament: Gqeberha (9-13 December)
- CSA Boys’ U/16 National tournament: Paarl (9-13 December)
- CSA Girls’ U/19 National tournament: Potchefstroom (15-19 December)
- CSA Khaya Majola U/19 National tournament: Bloemfontein (16-20 December)
