14 couples to enjoy an intimate picnic at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront this Valentine’s Day.
For Valentine’s Day, Sunday 14 February 2016, the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront will host a lovely, intimate picnic in a stunning location limited to a maximum of 14 couples. You and your partner can experience this romantic picnic, on the rolling lawns perched at the edge of the ocean, for R645.
The hotel will provide a blanket, an umbrella and a picnic basket filled with delicious treats from their executive Chef Norman Heath. The snacks include local cheeses, biltong pate, smoked salmon terrine, a cured meat platter with pickles, homemade preserves, Asian basted chicken skewers, a freshly baked baguette, hummus with smoked paprika, sundried tomato pesto, marinated olives with cumin, garlic and orange, a summer berry salad with wild rocket and chocolate brownies. This basket will include a choice of red, white or rosé wine to be enjoyed with the picnic basket.
There are two time slots for the picnic; the first begins at 12h30 and ends at 15h30 while the second starts at 17h00 and ends at 20h00. Only 14 couples (28 people) will be accommodated per time slot.
